Coaching philosophy
My goal as a triathlon coach is to help you get the most out of triathlon—whatever that looks like for you. Whether you're aiming for a PR, a podium, or simply a more balanced and enjoyable training routine, I’m here to support your unique journey.
I work closely with each athlete to define meaningful goals and stretch beyond what they may believe is possible. At its best, triathlon should be fun, fulfilling, and integrated into a well-rounded life that includes family, career, faith, and other priorities.
As your coach, I work for you. My role is to help you perform at your best while keeping triathlon healthy, sustainable, and rewarding. I bring an objective, experienced perspective to your training and racing so you get the highest return on your time, energy, and investment.
